We can supply and fit Ford security locks, these locks replace the manufacturers door to defeat the thieves and either stop them from forced lock entry or lock pick entry. The Ford Transit Manufacturer Lock is not secure, and is set up so if you unlock the door lock twice, it will unlock the rear doors, allowing the thief to steal your tools.
All Transit vans with original manufacturers locks are susceptible to the van thief, even the new shape Transits, in fact these are even worse than the older Transit vans, as all you need are a pair of mole grips to open the van and help yourself to its contents.
